Welcome to the website of TruCover Insurance & Investments Inc. ("TruCover," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TruCover website, its content, forms and online services (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you disagree, discontinue use. These Terms do not replace separate insurance policies, investment account agreements or other binding product documentation.
TruCover provides information and professional assistance concerning insurance, financial protection and investment planning. Depending on licensing, contractual arrangements and availability, topics may include life, critical illness, disability, travel, visitor, health, dental, employee benefits, personal and commercial insurance; RESP, RRSP, TFSA, FHSA and RDSP plans; and retirement and estate planning. Not every product described is necessarily available directly through TruCover or in every jurisdiction.

These Terms do not restrict statutory complaints or legal remedies.

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Subject to mandatory jurisdictional requirements and statutory rights, related disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ontario.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed as necessary; the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
